outside LIDL

I got off the 97 bus and took the short cut over the wall
the little girl in pink said "Everone does that" as she walked with her brother well balanced along the bricks towards me

Inside I stocked up with canned and frozen fish and vegetables on offer almost at market prices and three kinds of italian vinegar and some olive oil.

The architectural design of this LIDL loading bay impressed me, see how the slope downwards brings the floor of the great articulated lorries downwards and level with the floor of the storeroom and the shop.
Gravity will also help the drivers roll the heavily loaded pallets off.

after the demoliton of the old BSA drawing office something new rises.

This sign has had a hard life.
