Ikea to invest in Denmark

Ikea to invest DKK 1.2 bn in new stores in Denmark: "Ikea currently has four stores in Denmark, in Taastrup, Gentofte, Aarhus and Odense, which are visited by 6.5 million people each year [the Danish population is 5.4 million]. Ikea plans to construct a new building in Odense, establish a store in Aalborg and enlarge its stores in Aarhus and Gentofte, which will jointly create around 500 new permanent jobs"
